La Pietra - Hawai‘i School for Girls seeks a dynamic and student-centered Japanese language instructor to teach an introductory course as part of our Introduction to Languages program. This is a part-time opportunity for the spring semester, designed to give middle school students early exposure to the Japanese language and culture. The course meets three times per week, and the instructor will work with students in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Teach one section of Japanese to two cohorts of middle school students (one cohort in the third quarter and one cohort in the fourth quarter of semester 2).
- Additional opportunities for an expanded schedule/duties may be available (Yearbook, on-call substitute).
